WovenLife's (formerly Easter Seals Oklahoma) mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities so that they may live with equality, dignity and independence. WovenLife provides services for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, physical and mental disabilities and other special needs. Through therapy, training, education and support services, WovenLife creates life-changing solutions so that people with disabilities can live, learn and work and play. WovenLife includes direct financial assistance for purchase of medical, educational supplies, and/or equipment.

Financial Criteria

  • Children and adults with all types of disabilities; and
  • Be from an economically eligible family and demonstrate a need for financial assistance services

Pieces of the Puzzle

  • Direct financial assistance for purchase of medical, educational supplies, and/or equipment for children and adults with all types of disabilities. This includes assistance with mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, prosthetic devices, medical vision, and sensory processing equipment.
  • All financial assistance is subject to availability of funds.
